Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be shown to you before you finalize your purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order.
Below, we detail the shipping costs:
- Peninsula: Premium shipping via Nacex to your home (24-48 business hours): €5.50
- Balearics: Standard shipping via Nacex to your home (48-72 business hours): €10
- Portugal: Standard home delivery (48-72 business hours): €6
Changes
We cannot guarantee continuous stock availability, therefore we cannot offer size exchanges. For size or color exchanges, you must place a new order as soon as possible and process the return of the unwanted item.
Returns
You have 15 days to make a return.
Send us an email to hola@terretabarefoot.com with the matter RETURN, including your name, order number, reason for return and by what means you wish to send the product to us.
After requesting a return, the product must be shipped within 7 business days of the request. If it is not shipped within that timeframe, the return will not be accepted.
Return options
- At the customer's expense through a certified shipping system, sending the tracking number to the email address hola@terretabarefoot.com.
- Delivery to an office or Nacex Point: When contacting us, please indicate that you prefer this method, and we will generate a label that you will receive via email with instructions. In this case, the return shipping cost for up to 2 pairs (for more pairs, the price will vary depending on weight) will be:
- Peninsula: €6
- Balearic Islands: €10
- Portugal: €7
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additional conditions
Any promotional items received, such as gifts or additional discounts, must be returned along with the item(s) for which the customer is exercising their right of return. Otherwise, the corresponding amount for those items, as well as the applicable shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund.
Article status
The item must be returned unused, in its original box, and with all packaging accessories (inner paper, padding, etc.). Returns will not be accepted if everything is not in perfect condition.
We reserve the right to withhold a full refund if these requirements are not met, or to refuse the return altogether. In such cases, we will contact you to explain how to pay for the new shipment and return it.
Shipping the box
The shoe box must be sent protected (with a plastic bag, larger cardboard box or bubble envelope). NEVER STICK LABELS AND/OR TAPE ON THE ORIGINAL BOX.
If a return is received in this manner, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount the cost of the return and any depreciation the product may have suffered.
Product damaged in transit
If the product has been damaged during transport, it is essential that you inform us on the same day you receive the goods and that you note the incident on the carrier's delivery note.
Refund
Once we receive your shipment, if everything is correct, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for your order. If you paid by bank transfer, we will request your account number to process the refund.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the product at our facilities.
Returns due to error or defect
If the return is due to an item other than the one ordered or a product that is in poor condition or defective, Terreta Barefoot will cover the shipping and return costs provided that the customer notifies them within a maximum of 2 calendar days from receipt of the shipment.
In case of lack of stock, a replacement with the ordered product or a refund of the amount paid will be offered.
Important
Please note that the product color may vary slightly from the model in the photo due to different materials and/or screen tones.
For your own benefit, we advise you to use a shipping system that guarantees the integrity of the product when returning it, as it is your responsibility until it reaches us.
